Customization ScaleEven production builders recognize in their Active Adult Communities (AAC) that they must provide more options to Senior home buyers than the general public. Up to five allowable structural options is not uncommon. There is a wide variety of these communities offering detached homes from the upper $300’s to $800’s and beyond. If living in an AAC is not
for you, consider a custom home builder. In some cases we can sit down
with the architect and help you design from scratch . With a custom
home your cost will be higher but you have greater flexibility of
location and desired home features.
